Each of our holders is handcrafted in Spain, following a 100% artisanal process. This means that every piece is unique, made with dedication and attention to detail—qualities that are at the heart of our brand's value and identity.

Since some of our holders can be customized to suit the customer's preferences, please note that returns are not accepted for personalized products, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects. If this applies to your order, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving it, describing the issue. We will review your case and provide a solution as soon as possible.

For non-personalized products, returns are only accepted if they show a manufacturing defect. Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind, improper use, or natural wear and tear of the materials.
