3. Personalization. We offer the option to personalize certain products according to the choices indicated on each item's page. Once a personalized order has been confirmed and paid for, no changes or returns are accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. Prices and Payments. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the website.

5. Shipping. We offer national (Spain) and international shipping, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary based on the type of product and the destination, especially for personalized orders, which may require longer processing times than standard orders. Estimated shipping information is provided during the checkout process.

6. Returns and Exchanges Personalized products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except for verifiable manufacturing defects. Non-personalized products: Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects. The customer must notify the issue within 10 calendar days after receiving the order, providing evidence and the order number. Product Exchanges: Exchanges are not allowed for personal reasons (color, size, design, etc.). It is recommended to carefully review the product details before purchasing.

7. Repairs If your case suffers any damage over time, you can contact us. We will assess whether a repair is possible and inform you about the costs and conditions.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, texts, images, and content on this website are the property of the brand and are protected by intellectual property rights. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
